Since I can't seem to send to the list....

What's wrong with:

"Haiku Operating System"

Why do we have to use some witty, objective words to try and describe something
when we can stick to obvious facts that cleanly convey what we've got? :-)

Hmm...perhaps there is another contest or "election" in the making?

How about?:

I'm the one to blame and I fully agree with you. It's just so
difficult to find something that sounds very nice. :)
The only alternatives I could come up with were:
Haiku - it just works
Haiku - easy, fast, productive
None of them represents Haiku's current status (maybe: "Haiku - make
it work" :) and they don't sound very good.

I hope that Jorge will find something much better. Any ideas?

How 'bout simply "Haiku OS" - I mean that's what most people are looking for here.

I would keep any subsequent verbiage down to only on e or two words - that should well be enough:

Haiku OS - simplicity

Haiku OS - eloquent

Haiku OS - pure freedom

Or even:
Haiku OS - not evil (since that's the trendy, overrated slogan these days)
