Hi,
At 25/26 of August, T-DOSE (http://www.t-dose.org/) will be there
August ? hmm...
heh, I also wondered... but on the page it says:
"This years event will be held on 25 and 26 October 2008 at the Fontys
University of Applied Science in Eindhoven."
And you should definitely demo Blender there, if it runs on Haiku already?
(iirc Mesa works already?)
Blender would be nice. But this has to be fixed first

Well, this ticket is about testing (or more like hacking to make it run)
a 7 years old version, not sure it's so good for a demo! As i'm also
interested, i tried to compile blender2.46 about a month ago but gave up
eventually as i'm not really a specialist in porting. All mandatory
dependencies are available for haiku, but it might still be a lot of
work. I was about to start a page for this on haiku ports, but it's
already there, although empty :
http://ports.haiku-files.org/wiki/media-gfx/blender .
Regards,
Alex
