Why would you "open" a port to the world? Normally some application will
open it, and respond to data sent through that port. Without the
application listening on it, there is absolutely no reason to open the
port ...

I am using Win Me to surf at the moment and Zona Alarm is telling me I'm being
Pingged by the everyone. Now if I could complete a download of BeZilla I
wouldn't have to use Me (to surf). Still need it to play Civ3.
Does our net preferences have the ability to __open__ ports, to the world ?!?
