[openbeos] Remiss

I seem to have been remiss in learning how to use CVS (and getting an
internet connection at all) -- but I'm still able to submit my BList
implementation, if it's still needed, and if someone can check it in for
me:

and List.cpp.

I've tested it on my machine, but not using cpptest.
