Exactly. That's the very reason why the Haiku Leaf and Haiku
Background Leaf were given very liberal usage terms.


Also, the possibility for licensing still exists in the TM policy.

An example of possible licensing would be a company wanting to sell a
modified version of Haiku that includes trademarks... like an OEM
including some additional software, changing default settings.
