No, there is no distribution, the OS is at devlopment stage. Only some 
parts can be used under BeOS R5 by replacing original components.

BeOS R5 is closed source. It's now ownedby Palm, Inc but a Germany company 
has the right to use it: YellowTab - http://www.yellowtab.com andtherefore 
they're continuing BeOS devlopment but their OS name is "Zeta".

We are recreating BeOS R5, trying to get as close as possible to 100% 
bin/source ompatibility.
If you want an "XFree version" you'd better search for B.E.O.S (Blue Eyed

To get source access, you'd better access via sourceforge: 
http://www.sourceforge.net, look for OBOS there and you'll reach our CVS.

BeOSMax can be considered as a "BeOS distro" contact it's main devloper for 
suport.
