[openbeos] Obedn.com updates

There is now a FAQ's section that needs some content. Every developer that is 
flagged on obedn.com is welcome to add any FAQ's that they feel is nessesary. 
Just like the rest of the site, you will be able to see an "Add FAQ" link in 
the top right of the table. All you need to do is add the question and answer, 
the code will take care of the rest..
