Actually I think you are wrong there. If any gpl code runs in a program the 
whole program "becomes"/"needs to be" gpl. If the program on the other
hand fork a process and this forked process runs gpl code, the program
do not need to be gpl:d.

I really urge everyone to read the gpl faq, it explains a lot of what
we are arguing about. I still stand with what I said earlier. I think
we should stay away from GPL as long as we can.
