How about something simple and welcome like "Developers' Corner"... that
makes it sound less "official" - and yet more inviting.

A description could be added to suggest it's for developers to share ideas,
and ask questions amongst each other...

I think the problem tends to be that people expect the core Haiku devs to
respond to their questions.
