Hi there,
I've installed Haiku with an image (
http://www.schmidp.com/index.php?option=com_files&path=/haiku/images/
)
The install worked fine but when i modified the NetBootscript to start
networking..
'ls /dev/net' outputs : stack, rtl8139
( I don't understand the use of 'ls' in the script )
But i can't assign an ip address to my card :
ifconfig rtl81390 192.168.0.64 netmask 255.255.255.0 up
warning: SIOCAIFADDR: error -1 [General system error]
warning: SIOCAIFADDR: error -1 [General system error]
I've got the net_stack_driver well present on the system and the rtl8139's too.
I read severals mails and wiki's pages but i can't find how to resolve
this. May be the solution very simple ? What do i miss ?
Thanks,
Gab
