FTP server should be running by default.

*shudder* Both ftp and telnet seem to be enabled according to the "services" settings. Just tried, but neither one works here. We really shouldn't enable them be default, anyway. ssh works fine -- one just has to start sshd manually.

I know Haiku is mindful of security though not focused on it, but I whole heartedly agree that both ftp and telnet should be disabled by default, and I think that ssh should be. I think that should include generating server side ssh keys on first boot. On the other hand, afaik, official Sun Solaris still ships with telnet enabled, though it does bow to access control lists. If it's safe enough for Sun... *shiver* *shrug*
