It only creates a resolv.conf if it gets the appropriate information by 
the DHCP server.
It might be interesting if you could paste whatever the net_server 
dumps to the terminal on startup, though (you can quit and restart the 
net_server, maybe you'll need to bring the interface down to restart 
DHCP, I dunno).
