[openbeos] More OpenBeOS screenshots & a problem with ls

Hello,
After reading "My first OpenBeOS build" by Daniel Reinhold I couldn't
resist building OpenBeOS myself. Because I wanted to make some (real)
screenshots, I started VMware and used the floppy-image as a virtual
floppy. OpenBeOS booted up fine, as you can see on the screenshots
below:
stage1 bootloader:

But I found a problem with the "ls" command.
I get the following error: "sys_rstat() returned error: Not found!"
As you can see on this screenshot:

Does I get this error because I'm running OpenBeOS in VMware?
If so, can it be fixed?
