[openbeos] Mirror of Be's ftp site

In case you haven't read the news, Be has yanked its ftp site -- along 
with most of the dev/user info on the website, its mailing lists, etc.

There was alot of interesting stuff on the ftp site -- sample code, old 
newsletter articles, the BeOS PE (Personal Edition) download, etc. I 
know that there are several mirrors of Be's ftp site out there, but I'm 
not sure what the URLs are. I found a few that had only the PE download 
but not the other stuff. I just located one that seems to have most (if 
not all) of the original content:

This is a Swedish mirror (thank goodness for those swedes!)

The reason that I was specifically concerned about this is that I want 
all those old Be Newsletters. I knew that Be had a zip of all the old 
newsletters on their ftp site, which I had been meaning to download. 
And like a big, fat, stupid dummy, I forgot. Fortunately, finding this 
swedish mirror has saved the day. Here's the URL of the old newsletters 
for those who want to save them as well:
