Indeed... with im kit, Mail and Media Player...
With a stripped down WonderBrush as sketch pad, and some handwriting
recognition... wait, there was already something like that for BeOS:

Only tried it with mouse but it seemed very nicely done.
But IIRC I mailed the dev long ago and they lost the code or I never
got an answer, whichever.

That's where stuff like layout lib comes in :)

The distribution would need a different image format anyway, so just
put needed targets in an build/jam/HaikuFlashImage and then
jam haiku-flash-image :)
