Yes, but not without changes to the Haiku tree. You would at least need to
create a directory and include your root jamfile. I was thinking of a
directory containing an empty jamfile included by the parent jamfile. You
would just "overlay" the directory with your project and it would already
be included.
But I suppose one could include any directory from within UserBuildConfig,
anyway.
