I've got a Toshiba Laptop with a GeForce 4 Go as well, the intel 
ethernet driver you need is the one titled as "Yet Another Integrated 
Intel EtherPro Driver" (why do these intel-toshiba guys love to change 
the card number anyway?!) .

I haven't been able to make the sound card work with any of the AC97 
drivers (hung too).
