[openbeos] Including additional Tracker add-ons

Hello!
How do you guys feel about adding certain Tracker add-ons to the image
(either into the system or the home hierarchy)?
I know that decision should in most cases be deferred to when a real
distribution is put together. However, some things would be very
useful today, to the mostly developer and alpha/beta tester audience.
I think of Chris Roberts' "TermHere" to open a Terminal at the
currently displayed folder. Fearing it could be lost, I asked him to
publish it on BeBits. He cleaned up the code a bit and did so (
http://bebits.com/app/4535). Thanks Chris! He also added:
"I'm still making minor changes to TermHere and will post it to BeBits
under an MIT license soon hopefully.
I probably won't submit it to Haiku, but, you should feel free to if you
want. It should be compatible with the coding guidelines and licensing."
Another candidate IMO is Axel's "Open targetfolder" to quickly open
the target of a linked file/folder (http://bebits.com/app/3652).
