[openbeos] IA64 support

won't matter to us what the instruction set is, as long as we have gcc 
or some other compiler that targets it

oh, there may be a few inline asm codes in the kernel that will have to 
be altered. otherwise, we let the compiler writers sweat over the 
nasties...
