Personally I like "epic". A little overambitious to use that word in the name of a server focused on an obscure abandonware OS perhaps, but it's pretty cool. Anyhow... I see where you're coming from. Wouldn't application names just get longer and longer as developers run out of poetry terms and names of poets? I can see it now... Kerouac Accounts; budget all that cigarette drinking and coffee smoking in one simple click! But seriously, I quite like the standard naming conventions that come with software. For instance, I could tell by just looking at the name of an application what platform it runs on (for example, MacWrite and WinWord) without having to look to a separate piece of information. You could tell by just hearing "Haiku Paint" that it's probably your basic meat and potatoes paint program written for Haiku. Another one could be "BePad", that's pretty self explanatory too. Obviously different names for different projects adds colour, but the me-too naming system has its advantages. Going back to Kerouac... I think that'd be a pretty neat name for a server. I'll investigate tomorrow what needs doing to get it online... - James
