[openbeos] Hi I am new and I have questions

First is Beos kernel is it opensource? gpl?
Secound how does it handle gui. is  it something like X servers?
Third if the gui is gpl can it be ported to linux or bsd.
forth what are you guys doing? I don't mean to sound rude. But what exactly
are you guys doing.
I am not a beos user. I generally use linux. Except for gaming. But . I just
installed beos personal edition and it seem a lot like linux. it's shell I
mean.

Oh Oh does beos have libc and glib c  type libraries. and how about gcc
