[haiku] Haiku-ppc mailing list vote.

I have requested new mailing list at freelists called haiku-ppc.
Haiku and Haiku-development are busy enough without all kinds of discussion
about PPC related code. Also, since the PPC port does not effect a large
majority of the x86 Haiku users it may be best not to spam them with
discussions about it.
Looking for a general vote on this. If there are more -1's ill go ahead
and remove the list if it is approved by freelists.
