hi
actually what i would be interested in, in trying haiku on real hardware
on my mac.
especially if i could run it on my laptop (ibook g3), then i could take it
around to demonstrate to people. even better with support for its ethernet or my wifi adaptor,
any suggestions?

Haiku works in Parallels if you disable network support in Parallels
preferences. There is (or was) an issue in the Haiku network driver
that prevents it from booting.
