I was talking from a distro perspective because I'm sure Haiku doesn't want
to be responsible for other distros, and by default, a Haiku Inc. EULA is
included with the installer app...

I'm not sure if Haiku should include an EULA. It would be probably be a good
idea to get some professional advice about this. I know I'd put one, it's
always good to cover your ass!...
