I would think that we will make two different distributions. One base 
distribution that will contain everything for someone wanting to create 
a distribution (ie. the tools that can be relied upon when writing 
Haiku software), and another one that will be more targeted to the user 
itself, with stuff for him to play with.

Even though we're targeting developers with the R1 release, I think 
they will be a separate download.
Anyway, don't take my word for granted, there will be lots of 
discussions about this once we're there :-)
