After having lurked for many a month the time has come to start
contributing to the effort and so I offer the following comment
'There does not appear to have been much progress made on the
documentation front.'
So in the grand tradition of Blue Peter (A childrens programme on the
BBC) here's one I made earlier.
I've started to recreate the Be Book
You can find the current state at http://www.hajunky.co.uk/APIGuide.zip
You'll need a browser which can handle CSS to enjoy the full glory of
the Guide (a trilogy in four parts, possibly).
The document is structured slightly differently to the current Be Book
with the introduction to the classes split from the actual methods.
Some things do not work as they should but the main problem at the
moment is with const and virtual methods (and nobody else seems to have
fixed this) where the 'const' and '= 0' appear at the start of the
method definition.
The guide is authored in Docbook XML processed using the Docbook XSL
stylesheets and xsltproc
Currently the Application, Device, Game and Support kits are almost
complete.
Any comments greatfully appreciated.
Regards
Simon Kennedy
