This is *much* better than just posting a navigation bar, but it still
needs a lot more work. It is hard to read the text in the navbar and
the site looks too unfinished. It needs a better font to improve
legibility. Also, there is too much contrast between the top bar and
the content. Compare it to the other submissions.

BTW, I don't claim that my own design is better. :)
