Sure, I only tossed the idea in the wild; now we move onto flashing
out the details ;)

The border itself can (SHOULD!!) only be drawn by app_server anyway,
as it has must be drawn above any and every window on the screen.

I'll see if I can draw some mockups when I get home tonight (8 hours from now).
