Should be easy enough given a working group reading up on the information
available and really thinking this through in order for it to be as
extensible as possible - we don't want to end up in a dead-end. Dunno
where to do that, perhaps we could start a draft at BeClan.org's Wiki?
(BeClan a really nice community initiative, and I think it deserves more
attention)
We could first try to do a brain-storm to find out what we'd want from a
system, in which ways it interferes with the current way of doing things
(games are things you wouldn't apply any particular commands to, except
for perhaps a "save" command?), and finally try to produce a draft.

The second thing you need to invent is basically a time stretcher, so you
could add, say, 12 hours each day.

I think these are the basic requirements, at least for me.
