Yes, this is what my windoes box resolves berlios.de to,
svn.berlios.de is 137 for the last part.

Interesting. I do have my router as the primary DNS. One of the
tests I did was to replace that with my ISP's DNS but that didn't seem
to do anything.

My machines are configured with IP addresses.
I did try changing my DNS servers about, I used my ISP's and OpenDNS's
without result. Using OpenDNS resolver is where I got the real IP
addresses from (ie what OpenDNS has).
