The biggest problem i can see is case-insensitivity. On Windows
"Makefile" and "makefile" are the same thing. UNIX
(BeOS,MaxOSX,everythingelse) is case sensative.
Cygwin is able to create a "managed" drive, and allows case-sensativity.
If there was a way for MingW to do this, or even any other way, then i
don't see why MingW couldn't work...
