That's not useless.  Consider that the software could be running under
some kind of low-power mode when the computer would seem to be turned
off.  This might be a good idea for those laptop vendors out there...

Then why not just use Be's?  Either way you have about the same level
of bloat!


BTW, has anyone considered coming up with a heat sensor driver to tie
in to is_computer_on_fire()?

It could be tied into the sprinkler system drivers.
