There seems to be many with this opinion, but for me, I cannot understand why.  
 The parser may be powerful, but it really seems opposite of an intuitive app.  
 What are the capabilities?  Does it do hex to decimal and base conversion?  
Are natural log, log, exponents supported?    I think it would be better as a 
CLI app, then at least you could do a 'DeskCalc -h'. 

I know this was discussed before, and someone brought up the comparison to 
windows calculator (actually) being a good example.  A simple mode, and a 
scientific mode.  While not there yet, I thought Calculator was going to move 
in that direction.
