One has nothing to do with the other, I am afraid - including libiconv
to either libroot.so or libtextencoding.so won't have any impact on
being able to use their sources or not.
Anyway, maybe we'll need to put it into libroot.so anyway, due to the
depency of other parts. We'll see.
