[openbeos] CVS Tutorial

The CVS Tutorial has been posted.

It's not very comprehensive, but it isn't meant to be. There are links 
provided so that you can investigate further if you want.

The section about SSH is rather vague, and for a reason: I've never 
used secure CVS. I've only played with anonymous CVS. Those of you with 
more knowledge/experience on this topic feel free to send me 
instructions/advice about this.
