I second this. The current setup seemed ok, but we need to work out a 
better one. We also have to take into account how we want to build it 
all. I would prefer if we could have an automatic build process, which 
goes through all the modules and builds them all. This would also 
suggest using makefiles for all projects.

However, we need to decide something, and we best do it soon. It seems 
quite a few of us are already coding, so a good structure would be 
benifitial for all of us.
