makehdimage is correct because it is a way to build and install the
entire Haiku operating system with just one command. Not having enough
RAM isn't that big of a deal, though, because if you just want to use
some of the Haiku components in R5 (StyledEdit, Terminal, ShowImage,
CDPlayer, etc.), you can just go to the folder of the component you
want and run jam. The walkthrough on my website goes into more detail
