Not only taking the previously mentioned problems into account, you 
should do the conversion again if only for the reason to preserve the 
original bug numbers.
All the SVN change logs that mentioned to have fixed a certain bug 
become superfluous else.
What previously was in Trac is much less important IMO.

Furthermore, Koki is absolutely right in that we can't have two systems 
available at the same time, that just won't work.
I would suggest keeping Bugzilla for now, until all mentioned problems 
are resolved, and then really do a switch, ie. making Bugzilla 
unavailable.
