Hi Waldemar,

after a long session this night I finally got BugZilla migrated to
Trac. The biggest problem was that a few special characters in our DB
confused Python's UTF-8 decoder. Those characters are gone. I.e.: if
you see something like Jrme instead of Jérôme, I'm sorry, but I
couldn't get this migrated with international characters (and without
confusing Trac).

It would be very nice if we could start using Trac instead of
BugZilla. Otherwise I'll have to do this whole migration again. You

Not a very good idea to have to parallel systems active at once. It will be fairly easy for people to miss this announcement, so unless you lock the old bugzilla or automatically redirect to it trac, you will most likely have to do the migration again. :-)
