[haiku] BeZilla + HaikuPorts + Reporting Bugs, Issues. etc.

As Haiku's BeZilla Builds are now an un-official and non-endorsed
binary, which is based on Mozilla's source code, It is no longer
prudent to post issue's at Mozilla's bugtracker.

Instead, please post all bugs, issues, etc. to http://ports.haiku-files.org/

Also, there is a known issue when the current OptionalImage :: NetSurf
binary is installed.
The symptoms include having a BeZilla build lockup when trying to
upload a file through a website's form 'upload file'.
Currently, the solution is to un-install NetSurf and it's
corresponding libs in /boot/home/config/lib  and inlude   libxml2.so,
libjpeg.so, and libiconv.so

A replacement build of NetSurf is in the works.
