With all due respect: how do you manage to sound harsh on most posts? Not
only here, but also at OSNews. Ok, Windows has nothing to do with Haiku and,
in consequence, with this list, but manners are manners.

And that is relevant, how, exactly?

In any case, if you want to know: Windows does not include a PDF reader by
default because everybody would squeal unfair bundling. That's it, really.
Windows is the only mainstream operating system without a PDF reader. OSX
has it, and Linux distributions have it.
