Okay, I've read it now, and I must disagree with it almost in its 
entirety :)
It mixes several different things together (top-level directories in a 
file system with root level directories), has a lot of typos, is not 
complete at all, and most importantly, don't work well.

Even the current BeOS allows you to log in several users at once (via 
telnet) - there is absolutely no point in creating a symlink to /boot/
home/ for the current user as there is no such thing.

Any further discussion about this should be moved to the GE list, but I 
can only say that the RFC in this form is useless and will never be 
accepted.
