The Admin meeting is for Team Leaders only.
Probably not necessary to have a shoutbox on the site just yet.
Chatting in the #haiku IRC channel hosted on freenode would be a
better option, IMHO.

Also, it would be nice if the new website could include a chat applet for
this purpose. There are plugins available for most CMS applications.
I wouldnt' mind following what is discussed, and I'm sure others would like
