[haiku] ATTN: people who cannot post to dev.haiku-os.org

While documenting some server access details, I noticed a good amount
of user accounts that do not have an email address connected with
them.

When creating an account at our bug tracker, http://dev.haiku-os.org ,
the form states that an email is optional.  However this is
misleading. In order to gain the permissions needed to create and
modify tickets, your account needs to be verified.  This in turn,
requires an email address.

In order for you, the individual to fix this:
Log into the bug tracker,  http://dev.haiku-os.org/login
Then access your Preferences,  http://dev.haiku-os.org/prefs
Enter your email address.
Then somewhere you should be able to re-send the verification email.
This email may be filtered as spam, here is an example of it :
http://dev.haiku-os.org/wiki/AccountVerificationEmail

After receiving the verification email, log in to the bugtracker and
then verify the account via the link provided in the email.
