[openbeos] A fault in the current TabView (?)

I was looking at the source for TabView and I noticed that AddTab does not add
the target view to the TabView's ContainerView. This a problem because the
BeBook example code reads paraphrased ...
tabView->AddTab( new TView( ... ), aTab );
Since I can not get OpenBeOS to build yet I thought I would tell those who
might know.
For a compatability test I have an interesting and simple tab program you can
put in the CVS.
