Yup, look at the teams page and find the mailing lists of the different 
teams :)

Hmmm, IMHO, beusertalk was even worse :) I understand this isn't what 
your looking for, but then again, it is the 'generic' list, for info on 
openbeos, for technical stuff, look at the lists of the different 
teams.
