[openbeos] 18 Features Haiku Should Have (but Doesn't)

I use Ubuntu at work, MacOS at home and Windows at both. I read this article 
and though "Yes, these are the things that all of them should have." And then I 
thought Haiku should have them too.

Just thought some of these are implemented, some could fit in in R1 and others 
should be remembered for later.
