This is already working, and was indeed working before. You can't move the 
file across volumes, though, since that means it is copied and the original 
is deleted. What I have meanwhile implemented is that the download is 
canceled when you move the file to the trash while it still downloads. A 
download continues even though the file is moved, since the file is simply 
kept open for the duration of downloading. I believe any POSIX system would 
work the same.
