I think you misunderstand: it's actually the opposite. As a HUG admin,
you would not need to know Drupal administration to use this system.
A system like this would actually provide HUG admins a ready-to-run
turn-key solution, so it would make it easier for them to focus on the
actual business of running the user group. Even people who have no
skills (or motivation) to setup a website could start a HUG and have a
website running with no effort.
