[haiku-web] Re: [new feature] New way of maintaining developer documentation

Just to push forward the left block idea, look at MSDN, Adobe
LiveDocs, PHP.net, ... it's now sort of a standart to have a tree on
the left side.

Right side blocks feels good to me for website, blogs,...
